A group of Russians opened fire on the vehicle of a Turkish national in the Preah Sihanouk province, leaving a Cambodian bystander with a bullet wound in his leg. The target of the attack was Mehmet Tekogula, who is currently working for Sea Cambodia, but under investigation for assaulting an Israeli national. The attack was preceded by a violent brawl three weeks ago in Sihanoukville's Lotus Tours offices, which was allegedly linked to Russian mafia activity in the province. Source: Phnom Penh Post
