On October 9, the by-election (Conservative member of Parliament Douglas Carswell resigned) will determine a new MP and immigration laws in Clacton, England. Tendring district of Essex has many pensioners (1/3 are over 65) but lacks decent and sufficient medical facilities. Difficult to attract doctors to the area. UKIP (UK Independence Party) is opposed to bringing in doctors from abroad. British graffiti artist, Banksy, created a satirical mural on this immigration vote.
