Andreas Lubitz, the co-pilot of the Germanwings flight that crashed in the French Alps on March 24, allegedly researched suicide methods and cockpit security measures during the weeks before the crash.  According to German prosecutors, these Internet searches were found on his tablet computer.  Lubitz had been deemed mentally fit to fly by Germanwings.
