Hungary - Mar 26

Recent government measures are giving the Hungarian economy new hope. In lowering interest rates by 0.15 points to 1.95%, the country avoids excessive currency inflation, giving a positive outlook for growth. The fall in oil prices has also helped increase domestic consumption, in turn increasing exports. Neighboring countries are aiming for similar interest rates to encourage economic growth.
