Poland - Apr 17

Poland is keeping the world guessing with a new addition to warfare technology they have in the pipeline. Poland's Institute of Security Technologies is developing an armor created from liquids that has the ability to block bullets. Using Shear Thickening Fluids (STFs), scientists are researching how "neoparticles suspended in a liquid become rigid when struck by a projectile." There is no release date, but the government said no one else has the details of the project except the Institute. Source: Fox News
