Three British tourists between the ages of 20 and 22 have died in the period of a month after inhaling white heroine that they sold as cocaine. Dutch police have stated that they have intensified a prevention campaign to raise awareness of the drug, involving signs around the city and at hotels aimed to inform tourists of the dangers.
