Graca Foster , the head of Brazil's state owned oil company, Petrobras, has promised changes in its administrative strucutre after a corruption and kickback scandal was exposed this year. This past Friday, 23 Petrobras employees were arrested on suspicion of money-laundering and corruption. This scandal further reflects an eroding trust in the government by the people, as state-owned mercantile institutions are further exposed to engage in wrong-doings. Source: BBC
