Chile - Sept 30

Education has always been a hot topic in Chile as both high school and college students routinely march to protest high education costs and take over their schools until officials are willing to negotiate. The measures are meant to stop discrimination in actions towards students, not to hinder the administrative capacity of schools. Source: El Mercurio
