China, North Korea, Russia - Feb 16
China proposed an international tourism project in the Duman River Delta that separates North Korea and Russia. The project intends to build spas, hotels and golf courses in parts of China’s Hunchun, North Korea’s Rajin-Songbong and Russia’s Siberia. The proposed area of the project is already undergoing several Sino-North Korean joint tourism and industrial projects, but it is the first to include Russia. Both Russia and North Korea expressed interest in taking part in the project. When completed, tourists will be able to visit visa-free. Source: Chosun
