Bulgaria - June 17th, 2014

For the second time this year, the Bulgarian government has announced that elections will be held several months earlier than scheduled. Though the Socialist Party took control from the right-wing GERB party in March, public opinion polls now put the GERB with more support. Elections will be in September. http://online.wsj.com/articles/bulgaria-to-hold-early-parliamentary-elections-this-fall-1403028071
