Due to recent violence in Yemen, Italy and Germany are temporarily closing their embassies and mandating that staff return home. The Houthi insurgency, a group of rebels that removed US-backed President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi from power in January, has become more aggressive in recent weeks.
