Libya - Mar 17
Militants with Islamic State ties are gaining ground in Libya, with groups waging fresh attacks on the city of Misurata this week. Libya has been struggling between rival governments and factions for years, spurring resentment and power vacuum that ISIS has attempted to exploit. Source: The New York Times
