The three main parties of Nepal have failed to come to an agreement on key components of the new constitution after two missed deadlines. Nepal, which has been rocked by political instability since the murder of its monarchs in 2001, is currently under a temporary coalition and has been working towards a new constitution. Until the "Big 3" political parties can come to an agreement, the Nepalese government hangs in limbo. Source: The Himalayan Times
