South Korea-Feb 3
On Wednesday, South Korea and China held talks in Beijing, seeking to reopen the long-stalled forum aimed at ending DPRK's nuclear program. Seoul's lead delegate to the six-party talks, Hwang Joon-kook, left for Beijing and met with his Chinese counterpart Wu Dawei.
