German Minister for Foreign Affairs Frank-Walter Steinmeier has voiced concerns about recent violations of the cease-fire between Ukraine and the rebels of Donetsk and Luhansk. On just Monday, six Ukrainian soldiers were killed and a dozen wounded, with fighting sparking around a village near Mariupol and the Donetsk airport. There have also been injuries to foreign press including a reporter from TV Zvedzda, wounded by a combination of unexploded ordinance and abandoned land mines. Source: NYT
