Italy - Mar 17

The Italian police force has been conducting investigations into incidents of corruption at the recent Milan Expo 2015 trade fair.  Days after Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi visited the Expo, several officials were accused of corruption and subsequently arrested. At the heart of the investigation is a contract worth almost $133 million for the over 1,000-mile Ras Ejdyer-Emsaad expressway through Libya.  The 2014 exposition was also the target of several scandals.
