Ukraine - Feb 18

Early in the morning on February 18th, a big explosion tore through the lower levels of an apartment building in Odessa, Ukraine.  The blast occurred in the early hours of the morning, appearing to target the offices of Euromaidan in Odessa.  The explosion has been linked to a recent increase in terrorist activity around Odessa with over two dozen explosions rocking the city over the past months.  As of this moment there have been no reports of casualties in this most recent bombing.
